  • All data is transmitted in encrypted format to Microsoft Azure servers, with isolation and security controls applied to each customer.

  • We may share limited business and end-user data with Leanworx Technologies Private Limited (India) for the purpose of delivering and supporting software.

  • Third-party providers (such as Microsoft Azure, IoT telecom service providers) may process data as part of their service delivery.

  • Data transfers outside the UK/EEA will be safeguarded under appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms.
